Okay, so...um. Here goes.

I had decent O Level grades 5 As, 3 Bs and a C, equivalent to 5A*s, 3 Bs and a C (according to our examining board i.e. CIE)

I had okayish A Levels. ABBBCD in Physics, Computing, Psycology, Art&Design, Maths and Chemistry.

I am not from the UK, but I go to the best engineering university in my country (ranked 300 something in the world...but I've got no other option).

I am studying Electronics Engineering.

I wish to transfer to a decent UK university. How high should I aim? Provided I manage to obtain a decent GPA (3.5+/4.0) at the end of the first year. And yes, what would be the procedure? How can I know which course I can apply to be transferred to?
