my parents are unbelievably over protective but i tend to come in at around 1/2am after goin out. My mum tries 2 make me come in early but even she realises that im nearly 18 and she cant really expect me to be in bed by 10 on a friday night 
if ur living at home then its understandable to expect them to want in at a reasonable hour but 7pm is a bit extreme for some1 ur age. Like people here have been saying, u shud sit down and talk to ur parents about it. Even if it means only extending your curfew for an hour or so to begin with.
If that doesnt work, couldnt u just have ur bf come over ur house in the evening? Then u wont b breakin ur curfew but u still get to see him.
