Whether you think cinema died with Hitchcock or only got good once Michael Bay started blowing up helicopters, this is the place where moving pictures are discussed.

Take Me Home Tonight... it was okay, the soundtrack was better than the film tbh - 6/10.

The Lucky One - 9/10. Not what I'd pick nor something I would have been initially enthusiastic to see, but despite the poor reviews I actually really liked/enjoyed it!

Would recommend another Korean movie that I saw recently and enjoyed "Memories of Murder". After you watch it, let me know what you think about the ending

    Hanna - 9/10

Was so surprised at how good this film was. The director created such a strange (in a good way) atmosphere throughout, and the soundtrack was just amazing!

I seen American Pie late last night and it was actually quite funny and disgusting and it is amazing how much you have learnt since you became a teenager because I wouldn't have understood hardly any of it back then but I understand most of it now include my inference of how them magazine ended up with pages stuck together.

    War of the Arrows 8/10

Good movie, tense with good action and paced well after the slow opening. However, I can't believe how similar it is to Apocalypto (awesome movie, one of my favourites). An homage? A copy? Either way it's still a good watch.

Inglourious Basterds, so different to any film I've seen recently. Last film that compared to this was probably Inception.

    9.8/10
