FP1:Matrix Transformations

The Transformation T of the plane consists of a translation defined by the vector

followed by a reflection in the line passing through the origin and inclined at an angleπ8\frac{\pi}{8}

I havent acctualy done vectors yet but does the vectors corresponding matrix look like this?

The translation matrix is okay, but doesn't the reflection matrix use double angles (its been a while)?
