I am in college and picking my Uni choices and came across this course as well.
From what I have read, this is the only law course they do at Aston so I wouldn't say that they are great for law. However, their Business department is meant to be brilliant, so as it is Law with Management, I think it would be pretty good.
Something else that I read was that Aston isn't very prestigious but they work mainly towards getting you a job. The Management section of the degree and the placement year should be good for career prospects. I think it will be on my list for a potential uni.
I am interested to see if anyone doing the course does post though, it would be nice to hear what it is actually like.
