Are you sure you used the right port (i.e. you used the HDMI port on your graphics card rather than on your motherboard, if you have a graphics card - that is). -

Will an HDMI port necessarily be enabled to start with? My card has 2 DVI ports and sometimes only one will work initially. -

Loads of people have ram problems surprisingly.......did you ever look at the supported ram list? -
You did put them in slots 1 and 2 yeah? Have you tried booting with JUST the ram you think is faulty?(Original post by Chow mein)
