The TSR right wing should really take the OP's advice. I would say that perhaps only one or two of them have actually read about the ideology they love to slander and criticise. The rest base their complex analysis on Stalin or Mao (And even then they are (Which is why they often look so silly :mmm:)

I happen to know alot about Marxism, more so than Stalinism or other forms of Socialism.
So please, don't generalize. I respect the purpose of this thread, so I will keep my political nonce on a tight leash and leave it to the people who want to use it.

Cause a minority of students are pretentious tossers.

As if any of the SWP apparatchiks give a damn about the proletariat or anti-imperialism...or reading Marx and Engels.

Marxism is dead. Long live free market capitalism.

studied it and understand it. Anyone that knows anything about Marx knows that Stalinism has feck all to do with Marxism.

Although there is nothing funnyer than being given a lecture on Marxism from another student at college whilst they hold their blackberry in thier other hand wearing their designer clothes.

I object to marxism purely because if society was equal I wouldn't be able to laugh at those less fortunate than myself any more.

Does marxism provide alternative sources of humour for one to indulge in? I've heard that shooting those trying to escape for a better life by hopping the wall is the proposed alternative to fox hunting, this is something I am interested in if you could post more details about it.
