    SAQ! I can't remember my UMS grades for an early AS level (and don't have proof).
    Will this matter - or shall I try and get them (and proof) from the school.

    I did French AS in Year 11 and have no idea where my results slip is.

    If you want to put the AS down on the form then yep I think you'd be best to ask your school / find the slip. You'll have to photocopy it anyway I think if you get in because normally they want to see things like this. :-)
