BSc (Hons) Chemistry with study overseas

I was just wondering if any current students on this course could elaborate on the options for study overseas? Is there a very limited number of institutions at which you can study or are you free to apply to most places in the EU?

I would also like to know more about choosing a language as an elective in years 1 and 2, are these from a limited amount of options or do you have access to choose any language taught by MMU?

Any info would be appreciated - cheers!

i take an optional language unit in my degree at mmu and there's 8 different languages you can choose from, there's arabic, chinese, english as a foreign language, french, german, italian, japenese and spanish.
there's different levels to choose from as well, beginners, pre-intermediate, intermediate, post-intermediate, advanced & proficiency. (i took all this from the languages student guide i have here).
the classes are mixed years as they're open to all students at the uni.
about the chemistry with overseas, i don't know because i didn't opt for the overseas course
