Maths at Uni (Liverpool)

Hii
Im at university, just started. I am enjoying the course however i am really missing home and finding it difficult to settle in with the student life.
I am considering taking a year out and reapplying closer to home. I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice on what maths is like at Liverpool?
Also, is it normal to feel lonely and unsettled- i've been here for 4 weeks now. Ive said to myself ill give it another 3/4 weeks then if im still feeling the same i'll consider my options.

I can't tell you about the maths part, but it's definitely normal to feel homesick. I think it's important to go home a few times if you can in the first few weeks so the big uni move isn't so drastic. Definitely keep at it, you wouldn't want to lose all of the money you've paid already, and then potentially paying the increased fees.

Keep at it and don't make a rash decision
