Military Uniforms- Really need some help!

Hiya,

I really need some help. I've been posting on arrse and have received awful banter from the guys on there and could do with some help from anyone willing to not take the piss out me!I've been recommended to ask new recruits as you might not be as mean to me as they were!!

I am in the process of writing my dissertation and need to do some primary research. My topic is the 'uniformed self' and I'm trying to find out how fashion impacts military uniforms.

I'd really appreciate the help...all you need is 5 minutes, be over 18 and a serviceman/woman and wear a uniform- you don't need to be interested in fashion at all- it's just a short survey on perceptions.

It doesn't at all. Military uniforms were designed in various part of the past two centuries and haven't really changed that much since, bar technological improvements. Form follows function all the way.

No wonder they tore you apart on Arrse :biggrin:

How can you be certain that the people who take this poll are serving members of HM forces, does that not undermine the credibility of your research?
