Imperial Interview for EEE

I recieved an email inviting me to an interview.
At the end of the email, it said
If you are unable to attend we will make you an offer on the basis of theinformation on your UCAS form. Please note that the interview is NOTcompulsory.
Does this mean anything and will it disadvantage me if I do not attend the interview?

In my opinion, you would be foolish not to attend the interview as I'm pretty sure it would disadvantage you.

Why do you not want to attend?

Oh ok, no I was planning on going, just wondering what would happen if I didn't. And I'm sure I won't be too good at an interview.

I know the feeling, before university I didn't really have experience or confidence in myself for interviews.

Just dress smart, be confident, be relaxed and be natural. Practice some answers to typical questions, not academic particularly, just general stuff like " why Imperial? " or " what do you see yourself doing in 10 years? ".

They are as interested in having you, as you are interested in being there.

Hi,I am also applying for EEE in Imperial College London.I sent my application out on 11 OCT,but still have not got any interview notification?I am quite worried about it.Could you tell me when you sent out your application?is your interview date is 10 Nov.Thanks in advance.
