This is daft, it varies for everyone. Some people would find maths incredibly difficult, whereas I didn't generally, yet I would have hated french/german/spanish and done poorly at it!
General Studies was a bit weird. The science/maths/language modules were ridiculously easy, got 100% on each one. But the I found the two government and politics modules so difficult that General Studies got me the lowest amount of UMS points overall. I'm not really sure where it would fit into that list.
Science least useful eh? I take it you don't particularly care for things like those useless things like electricity, medicine and the internet?
but what would we do with things like electricity and the internet if it wasnt for the artist / designer? There would be no entertainment andnothing to live for

I hate this notion that scientists are somehow boring bastards. You don't need a piece of paper to be an artist - that's the whole point of art.
Sciences - LEast useful (HARDEST) Social Sciences -Little more useful Languages and Literary things - Quite useful Arts and Design -VERY useful (EASIEST)
My own opinion remember! Take it or leave it
This, however your evaluation of usefulness is completely wrong imo, everything should be the other way around.
that's in terms of actual difficulty, but due to interests not being the same for all subjects, I'll probably get my highest grades in maths, f. maths, and physics
