I did history, psychology and sociology (AS only) on my first go. Doing all sciences now - biology, chemistry and physics. And I did my degree in classics. I was so miserable the whole time (hence the diabolical grades!).

I kinda have to stick with Welsh universities due to the recently introduced ELQ fees unfortunately. If it wasn't for that I'd be applying to Bath, Bristol and Warwick (and not to Swansea and Aberystwyth). Ah well, there's always post grad :smile:

Just my module 4 exams for biology/chemistry (WJEC) and physics (OCR A). Can't believe how close they are. Was expecting some resits after my summer exams but was pleasantly surprised with my AS results!

What A Levels are you doing/have done?

I just got an offer from Cardiff for Civil Engineering (H208) AAB :biggrin:

So pleased because it will almost certainly be my firm. I actually got invited to a visit day about a week ago and replied yesterday, and now it seems I am getting an offer despite the visit day not being until the 30th...awesome!

yeah planning on going but don't know with the snow...got snowed in for 2wks last year so hope not cause I really want to go Wednesday! Are you going? Did you go to Cardiff open day in April? I missed that one, our teacher didn't put up the poster ad until March..very useful :s-smilie:

I liked there as well, so I find it really hard to chose which offers I'll accept as there are good and bad stuff for every uni...none thats actually perfect! :s-smilie:

I thought I could relax after getting offers but I was wrong!

i got an offer for UWIC but when i looked at the conditions it says i will be living at home...which i wont since i live in Northern Ireland....

Well I might go into one of the specialist routes, but I'll decide that when I'm on the course aha. They let you switch around. And I'm sure you'll do fine :smile:

I haven't had an offer yet, got an acknowledgement though. Hoping to get an offer within the next couple of weeks.
