    Can someone please tell me why so many idiots online in GT 5 think that ABS and traction control are;
    a) Not real
    b) Not used in races

Seriously, for a game which is meant for car enthusiast, this is quite a retarded mistake for people to make so damn often.

    Another software patch:

Gran Turismo 5 version 2.08 is now available as a 227MB download and brings with it a number of bug fixes and minor features.
Now possible to select “Disable collisions” in the [Event Settings] of online races.
ID’s are now shown above cars when watching online races.
Response of the clutch pedal when using the steering wheel controllers “G25 Racing Wheel”, “G27 Racing Wheel”, “T500RS” and “TH8RS” has been adjusted.
Rate of tire wear in endurance races has been slowed (excluding formula cars).
Amount of air resistance change when altering aerodynamic wing settings has been increased.
Autopilot has been adjusted to prevent colliding with the wall when exiting the pit lane on the Tsukuba circuit.
Adjusted the changes in control characteristic when altering vehicle height from standard height. (Vehicle height can be changed by adjusting ride height, either by installing a suspension kit or adjusting a full customizable suspension kit.)

Wish the tyre wear rate change had been included before now. Having to pit every other lap in the last a-spec 24hour race

    Can't believe I haven't seen this yet!

After the exams, I'll defo be up for some matches with you lot!

I'm very quick, I always push my car to the limits, always clip the kerbs nicely every lap. I'm a smart racer, like Fernando Alonso.

GT6 officially announced for PS3. The given release data is around Christmas 2013, but knowing PD, that might not happen.

    Trailer:

Gameplay - KTM X-Bow at Silverstone:

I am fairly excited for it, but not as excited as I was for GT5.. Imo, it just feels a bit like GT5.5 and not GT6.. The improved physics should be interesting to try out though. Will probably end up getting it anyway, but I am hoping that they release a PS4 version too.. I'm being optimistic though. They have finally added Silverstone which is something they've done right!

I hope they increase the number of premiums and at least update the standards to support spoilers and have interiors, even if the interiors aren't that detailed...

They should make it on 2 discs like GT2, one for simulation and one for arcade so that it can support 1.2k premiums but i doubt that'd happen...

GT6 Prologue is how I'm thinking of it. I doubt they will release a PS4 version too, given how different the systems are and that the PS4 doesn't support backwards compatibility.

Did read somewhere that they have added Brands Hatch too which would be great!

    A is stupid
B is dependent on the series - some do, some don't

    Huh, it looks the same.
Why didn't they just make a version for the PS4? Seems stupid to release one for a console which will be made redundant at game launch,
