'Explain Aristotle's understanding of Casualty' (25 Marks) - err...?

Well this confuses me. I don't know what his understanding of 'Casualty' is? Is it death? I know about Aristotle's belief of the material, efficient, formal and final cause, The Prime Mover and the Body and the Soul. But 'casualty'? What does 'casualty' have to do with this? I thought casualty was A&E? :|
It's causality not casualty - the question requires you to describe and give reasons or justification for Aristotle's four causes.
