yes was very expensive very very expensive and the bands were awful but the main room was a great athmosphere!

What? The bands were amazing! Especially Yeti.. Mmm, John Hassell.. and my boyfriend and I went and spoke to him afterwards and he signed one of my Malibu voucher thingys :biggrin:

Heheh, I'm such a gatecrasher - thought they were going to ask to see student cards when they were searching people on the way in, I'm glad they didn't! I thought it was a really good night.. Damn I want to go to Bristol so much now - had a couple of great nights out with people from Manor Hall (By the way if any of you are at Manor.. how funny is Drunken Guy?)

i thort i was okay - again NO WAY worth the money. what on earth did they spend it on? tbh i didnt have the best night - not really feeling very well so the music and hotness just made me feel really ill tho i did dance a bit. in the main my feet just hurt a lot although i did have a lot of fun in the CU chill out room making a rose out of plasticine (anybody see it? i was pretty proud). i was also impressed by the fighter plane and the pink woman (all plasticine models).

In other news: I met Sian01 yesterday in front of Wills Memorial Building, and today I met Wowbagger! I was standing in the queue in Sainsbury's and someone just said "TSR?" to me, and it turned out to be Wowbagger. I can't remember his real name though, so I guess if I ever meet him again I'll call him Wowbagger. I call HistoryBoy History Boy whenever I meet him.

Our first encounter was similarly elegant: he [Wowbagger] apprehended me during a pub crawl, having typed 'Profesh' into his mobile; and, when I gave the affirmative, proceeded subsequently to type 'Wowbagher' (before showing it to me).

Skiing? Have the SkiSoc already started organising trips to the dry slope? Or was this organised by you? Not sure if you're in EngMaths or Maple but if it's the former, isn't it a pain they've organised the ski trip to return the day after our maths exam :frown:
