I assume your making this thread with the potential of subbing one of your choices? I'd be careful not to get your hopes now it's been nearly 3 weeks... Also, how did the TSA go?
Ah, you following me?
I don't know what I want...
The TSA. Not bad, not great. Ran out of time for the multiple choice although I think the first 30 questions were safe, afterwards it got a lot more shaky and I had to do some rushed guesswork. Essay was I don't know.. a bit crap. Let's just say considering the rest of my app, I've already kissed Oxford goodbye. How about yourself?
This is why I chose RHUL. I am looking specifically at courses that are heavily based around neuroscience and biology.
There does seem to be a lot of variation in the psychology courses so it would be wise to look at the ones which appeal most to your specific interests. As I am focussing on neuroscience and biology I would advise you to note that the university options in my signature may be ones that you would rather steer away from.
Lol, agreed although I did put Nottingham down originally (for the straight Psych degree). Which is your first, and second choice?

It says when you sent it off in your sig I know what you mean, I'm kinda regretting my 5th choice a bit, kinda wish I'd gone for st A's now
TSA was better than expected, but my GCSEs major suck, I doubt I'll get an interview so I'm hoping on Durham & UCL atm.

Sureeee. (*cough* stalker *cough*)
Where did you apply besides Oxford, Durham and UCL? And which Ox college btw?
Oh beb... my whole application sucks. I bet when you say your GCSEs are bad, they're actually on a par/ better than mine. In some ways it would have probably been cleverer not to have applied to Ox and to have freed up that space for Notts, possibly Bath or others. But something told me I'd regret it forevermore if I didn't... so here I am! But good luck to you.

I have no A*s Applied for Christ Church. The way I see it is that loosing 1/5 uni choices is regretting the what if for the next 4 years Good luck to you too!

Exactly. I do hope we will both get to interview, though on my part I'm obviously not expecting anything. Have you any offers yet?

My first choices are RHUL, Cardiff and York as they are all AAB and my back ups are bangor and Nottingham as they want ABB. Though I would probably prefer the courses which involve more neuroscience, but they are my second choices with lower grade requirements so that can't really be helped. ^^;

Well, lower entry reqs /= worse course And Notts IS awesome, though not as good for psych as your top choices. I'm sure you're fine for neurosci; you can always specialise in the 3rd year, and apparently RHUL is the place to go if you love that sorta thing.

Ah true true. Yeh I am hoping mainly for an offer from RHUL- I would be over the moon if I got one.
