Is is too late to apply through UCAS?
Unfortunately yes, the deadline was on friday (15th October)

Edit: Just for this Oxford course, you can still apply for Biomedical Sciences at other institutions.

They were actually projecting it to be undersubscribed the last time I spoke to someone there. The same thing happened a few years ago when they added a course ... I can't remember which.

It's possible that they might give a few offers out to people they 'reject' from other, similiar courses, such as Medicine and Biological Sciences if it is undersubscribed.

I think it'd be hard to turn Oxford down, even if you hadn't got into the EXACT course you wanted.

I hope so! Well I have already got the grades, and I know I want to do it. One of the women on the open day said they could interview 120 applicants, providing they got that many!

Best of luck to you. Their approach looks fascinating, and the tutorial system would make the learning very direct and concise. I just wish I could have applied for both . But then again, applying with a Medicine personal statement to any course at Oxbridge other than Medicine is a big no-no.

It just looks so epic, and to top it off a research project in the second year... :nooo:

Wow, two other guys on Tsr applying to the same course and college. This is bad. I'm clearly not going to get a place.
Good thing I want to go to warwick

I'm only applying because my school put me in. If I get an offer (which I seriously doubt based on my appalling charisma and interview technique) then I'll take it, but it's a good thing I want to go to York
