If you're female - perhaps stick to vaginal sex (or atleast for a while).

Well clearly up the bum hurts.
There's a lot of anal hating going on here. Methinks if you're that grossed out by anal you've either never tried it or you're just not doing right =/ Anal doesn't have to be gross or (too) painful. And it shouldn't stop you from walking the next day.
