I listen to pretty much everything, but of course metal is my favourite genre.
I refuse to dress emo/goth to express my love for metal, lol, the style isn't too bad but emo boys do make me cringe (I need some masculinity in a guy)
I've heard them before, that song was :sogood:, cheers
    P.S the drummer is GORGEOUS!
ahh, same here, even though I have a nice collection of band t-shirts I really need to go to some more concerts, I am having withdrawal symptoms. I have got bullet for my valentine, bring me the horizon and atreyu at Wembley in a month though am preparing myself for the pain I will no doubt get from the mosh-pits, I am scared lol.
yeah that drummer is mighty fine is part of the reason I am such a big fan of parkway haha.

ooh nice song, quiet calm which is good for a change!
anyway I am gonna sleep now, will post you another song tomorrow

What is your opinion on this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x93pwAvUkAA

It is one of my favourite solo piano compositions. I think that Horowitz was the greatest pianist of the 20th century. Sadly, there is no recording of him playing Chopin's Nocturne no. 20 in C# minor.

Like it, although admittedly I don't know much about pianos :o:

    I like!

Can't be arsed finding a decent one by Billy Bragg at this time of night although his G20 one was good.

For the purposes of this thread:

brandenburg is always appropriate when eating a plush dinner! the string swells are pretty sublime.

Finally found the track to post up here. As much as I love Bach and the rest ... there's something about the dustbowl and the promise of a better life despite rampaging unemployment and hardship that is both inspiring and terrifying. This is what the American dream is really all about. The intro from the Boss says a lot too.
