2.2 For Imperial?

Is it even necessary to bother applying to Imperial for a Masters in engineering with a second class lower? would the admissions dept even look at your personal statement, with a CGP that's lower than what they require?

I would say you shouldnt bother

although I'm not an expert, it would just seem common sense that they'd reject an application with a second class lower degree when you think of the competition you'd be up against

Don't listen to this guy. Still apply if you have a strong profile.
It depends on the Masters tbh. I know people with 2.2's who are doing Masters courses at Imperial. If you have a strong application and a good reason for the 2.2, you could get a place.
