AS Philosophy reason and experience module?

An innate idea is an idea known from birth, so without experience. Innate knowledge is knowledge known from birth. Innate knowledge/ideas are a priori, but not all a priori knowledge/ideas is innate.
Empiricists believe that there is no innate knowledge/ideas. They believe that the mind at birth is a tabula rasa (blank slate)

Hope this is some help, I'm working on you taking the same course as me. I'm actually looking for the definition of a conceptual scheme myself right now, so I'll most that on here as soon as I find it
