monkfish fillet. The first time I've cooked it myself, usually only eat it out. It didn't disappoint actually, I think I'd just cook it a little less next time. But better to be safe with fish! Probably shouldn't have put a load of ketchup over such an expensive piece of fish either but...hey ho
