Dilemma: Surrey, Nottingham or Manchester?

I have been given offers from all 3 uni's for COMPUTER SCIENCE. The offers are as stands:

Surrey - AAB
Nottingham - BBC
Manchester - AAB

I haven't visited Nottingham yet since the open days are all after exam-season(ish) but from what I've seen on the website and heard from others, it's decent.

I have, however, visited both Surrey and Manchester and prefer Surrey. Not only is the campus much nicer, but i LOVE the Computer Science course at Surrey and genuinely do believe that I'd have a better time there (closer to family too).

Nottingham will definitely be a firm or insurance since they ask for such low grades yet have a good reputation.

I just want some general advice, and if possible, for somebody to rank each of them reputation-wise out of 10 (on the scale where oxford and cambridge are 10). I would really appreciate it since I've been stressed out over this for a while now.

P.S. This is all assuming that KCL don't give me an offer, but I'd like to be prepared anyway.
