EU law question/debate
Hey guys,
I've just been working my way through my EU Law tutorial questions and I've come to one which I found quite interesting and thought I'd ask what your opinion is.
Should there be any difference in status between national citizens and EU citizens? (e.g. should EU citizens have equal access to study grants, student hardship funds, etc?)
I guess it's just kind of asking in a round about way what you thought of the Bidar case.
So what do you guys think? should there be any difference in status?
