There's only two types of names (and British girls) that I personally have come across.

    Rah:

    MillyMollyMandy
    Pippa
    Camelia

    Chav:
    Stacey
    Chelsea
    Jade

I have no idea about surnames.

Three of the most popular i've come across are Sarah, Laura and Katie.

Other than that, names like Kerry, Kelly, Stacey, Gemma, Tracey and Rebecca are also common.

Surname-wise, Smith is easily the most common i would guess, along with Jones and Brown.

Yeah so any combination of them.
