As the title says, which uni are you at and what's the rent you pay for your house. Just a bit curious to see how the prices vary from uni to uni.

    Loughborough Uni

Rent £60 per week, bills not inclusive

Sharing with 4 people, but the house has 5 bedrooms so it's pretty good for the price. Decor is pretty shabby though.

Currently on 12 month contract, next year sorted one out for £60 per week but 9 month (no summer rent), which is going to be a lot cheaper.

    I hear you! Damn London.
I pay £120 a week, without bills (also, hello £80 monthly travelcard). I live in a really teeny flat with one other flatmate and we have; 1 attic bedroom (mine, woohoo), a living room which we made into my flatmate's bedroom because...the second bedroom was teeny and is thus our living room, a kitchen and one bathroom. And that is it.

It is really lovely though - nothing like a student house because it's just been refurbished, really clean and new. We have a heated towel rail for lord's sake!

    It's luxury I tell you!

Aaaand it's a 9 month contract, so my student loan JUST covers nicely and we're not stuck with the old-age student problem of paying for accomodation in the summer when you don't need it.

About £60 a week, but I had an accommodation bursary from Edinburgh so it would normally be about £80.

    Keele University.
Barnes 4 person flat, on campus.
    £2900 for 42 weeks
    Price includes all bills.
    So £69 a week.

Kinda vexed that I'm paying for a bunch of time that I'm not going to be here, but whatever. If I just count the weeks I'm here it's like £83 a week. :lolwut:
