ok i play football whenever i can, and basicaly after like an hour or something (i play as a winger and cm so i sprint alot i like to play with intensity and skill)

i get this problem where my shins start to ache and then slowly my feet start to go numb and when i get the ball i cant do nothing with it as i have no feeling i heard thats why footballers tape their shins?

anyone else ?

Sounds more like you are wearing the wrong boots or the wrong studs for the surface.
I think footballers wear the tape as a fashion accessory / mental placebo than any sort of scientific benefit.
