Without doing anything a programme called FullScan keeps telling my theres 11 problems on my pc. and my pc is telling me hard drive not found, private data at risk. windows cant find hard drive space. Its also saying the hard drived clusters are damaged.

What should i do?

First, post in the right place.

Second, boot into safe mode and run a scan with MalwareBytes.
