Though saying 'my mum's a pro at...' doesn't seem to cut it anymore for a 20 year old Turkish female. I've helped in making baklava a few times though so I should be able to make it for myself soon enough.

My mum is hopeless at baklava but she makes the best Sutlac in the world. That's quite the claim but its justifiable.
Believe it or not, its basically milk rice and sugar. Rice pudding in English. But we do it 100 times better
