AS ICT Questione's...Need Help

AS ICT Questiones? Can anybody help?
I have got a set of question's that i don't understand how to answer. If you use any source could you please let me know. Thanks

1) Give one advantage and one disadvantage of the school administration system for:
a) keeping a record of attendance at the school and in class (2 marks)
b) keeping personal details of students in a database (2 marks)

2) The school secretaries enter the details of all new pupils into the school database. They use a data entry screen. Describe how standard database software can be tailored to make data entry straightforward, giving examples of how features can be used. (6 marks)

3) The head teacher of the school needs to be convinced that the software has to be updated and tailored. Imagine that it is your job to convince him/her. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of tailoring standard/generic applications software. (5 marks)

13) A company is considering setting up a website to advertise its products. It wishes to create a model of the financial implications of setting up this site. Describe the features of a spreadsheet that make it suitable to make the model. (4 marks)
