    Clean and Jerk
    50 x 1
    53 x 1
55 x 1 - equal PB, but this time there was no hint of press out, but it took me a while to stabilise it for a down signal. Should definitely be able to get more than this soon.

TOTAL: 98kg - PB Was pretty pissed off about the snatch but then when I realised I had just done a total PB by 4kg I was pretty happy! This is the qualifying weight for nationals in the 69kg class, which I am aiming for come Autumn.

Will upload a couple of vids later.
    Nice lifting.

What are you weighing atm roughly then?

Also, what doyou reckon you can get your lifts up to by autumn? You want to smash the qualifying weight then you can do decently in the next round, maybe.

I am around 72-73kg now. I am trying not to weigh myself for a few weeks as I find it counterproductive. I want to concentrate on eating well and getting strong, and I don't need to be under 69kg for a while. Obviously I will keep an eye on it as I don't want to end up over 75 again, but I'm trying not to worry about it atm.
By autumn I want 103kg+ total, and then to do 110kg+ at nationals would be awesome.

    Here are some videos!

Have done some bar path analysis and I am having to jump massively forwards to meet the bar. Definitely needed more extension. My torso is leaning slightly forwards and this is bad mkay. I think I did really well today considering how knackered I was from yesterday's training!

I attempted to squat jerk yesterday. I think my squat jerk is less than my max strict press. Will probably attempt to learn either to split/power.

Your lifting is a lot smoother than last time you posted a video. Congrats

I find split jerks more natural, but it's good to try out different things and see what works for you!

Lol I wouldn't go that far, the catches look terrible, but at least I wasn't unintentionally powercleaning them like on Friday. Everything is still too far in front of me though.

I have some moar videos, including snatch ones, but we took those on the gopro, and they're on my bf's computer. Will try and get them uploaded at some point.

Some more vids, some with bar path graphics. Taken on the gopro, so from a different angle.

Dunno if it's that close, my max FS is 60x3x3 unbelted and will be higher soon :teeth: Gonna start powercleaning more plus doing 2 cleans per jerk to really hammer them.
