Has anyone getting Disabled Students' Allowance dropped out & reapplied?

Probably because a lot of people were curious about your problem, but very few have any personal experience with it.

.....like me, for instance.

I'm really sorry and I am sorry if I offend because that is not intended. But I find the things that some people on DSA get, a little extravagent. I mean, ok you have ME, and I am sorry for that I know its hard, and the note taker/assistant and recorder for lectures is pretty much necessary for you I understand that...BUT....A laptop and a cartridges and paper? EVERY student needs that kind of stuff and has to fork out for it. I don't understand the ethics behind that.

Please enlighten me, and I will back down graciously.

Fair enough, I understand now with all the software etc. I know it must be hard - I don't know exactley what it is like, I had symptoms of ME a while ago but it turned out to be a false alarm, to be honest they still dont know what it is.
