I've got a similar blazer to that from Topman.
Dark-wash dark-blue fitted jeans. Or alternatively if you have them, navy/grey trousers. Wear a plain white fitted t-shirt, £5 from Topman, with hi-tops or smart shoes (brogues etc). It looks great.

Edit: Lol, did I seriously get negged for this?

Just wear a plain white tee underneath, let the blazer do the talking.
If I saw a guy wearing that blazer and a white tee underneath... I'd think it would look hot!

Do you not think it's a bit overdone now though? I appreciate your feedback, thanks

Noway, I think it's a classic wardrobe choice that won't go out of fashion, you can't go wrong with it really Unless you have a man clevage top haha! So yeah, avoid that maybe

Am I the only person who is seeing a green Diesel t-shirt linked 3 times from republic?
IMHO, that blazer is a statement piece and would not look right with that kind of t-shirt..no motifs, writing or bright colours..keep it simple. Dark coloured (navy, black, dark grey) slim fit jeans and a plain t-shirt.

A top like the one the blazer model on would look better! IMO, chino's would look better than jeans but not every fella likes them so your call.
