Not a perfect bar path. Tbh the 135 was tougher than I thought it would be.

Dunno was just not a perfect day. Yes, think I was touching a little low on the chest.

85kg, am feeling huge sometimes since weeks and weeks of volume.

Am leaner now than I have been in a while.

Totally agree. My PB is 39inches, could hit 36/37 consistently then it gets up to 39 and its hit and miss. I guess its no different to squats, cleans, anything like that - you can do it consistently until like 90-95% and then the littlest things become so important.

Would love to give it a go with some soft boxes, it'd definitely take some of the fear out of it.

My plan is to keep hitting 36 for high reps and try and land above parallel. Then eventually make the jump, lol, to 39". Wish I could do 5*5 at 95% of my max on those though. :tongue:

It's great with soft boxes. Well worth finding a gym with some or suggesting your gym gets some.

Yesterday's session.

Warmups sucked, felt crap and almost gave up, belt was really hurting for some reason.
132.5*6,4, 3 cba tbh day after heavy squats, feeling terrible and can't get tight, screw it did minimum ,

Hips hurting since Deadlifts the other day. And didn't leave work until late so got caught in traffic on way to gym. Screw it. Skipped Squats. Only light day anyway.
