Would be careful with lucozade etc, during exercise a lot of people get GI upset, others swear by it.

125-135 both easy.

140 was nonexistent . Came down and stopped. Light headed slightly, didn't move on way up.
Deadlifts done.
175, easy.
192.5 (185+135+192.5=512.5 and nationals), easy.
200, fail, didn't move. Lol.

Not as tight as I wanted. Weird bench and I had to take a handoff when I didn't want one etc.
