Did he finger you too hard? If I've had a rough session, I sometimes bleed a tiny bit after.
I'd say that if it lasts for more than a few weeks, then go to your gp. Otherwise, I think that unless it's heavy bleeding, you'll probably be ok

Could be a cut that you havent noticed - they dont all hurt if theyre small.
Could be that it was to rough - that can cause it a little too.
Could be leftover remnants from your period - i get that sometimes and its rather embarrassing.
If there are other symptoms, or if it persists, go to your Doctor.
