How does this work?

Hi guys, im just generally confused on what to do?

Im currently a 1st year student studying at BCU, i had applied for the tution fee loan, and the maintainence grant last year for my 1st year. However, I also need to apply for the second year as well now I think? I wish to take out the maintainence loan (as i will be applying for accomodation this year), as well as the maintainence grant again), however Im confused on how to go about this. I applied via paper last year and sent all evidence off, will I need to fill out all those forms again?

And the tution fee, will you need to state that every year you apply, or will they just assume that you need it covered again?

When is the deadline I will need to apply for all of this?

2nd year applications don't start until February.
All the forms have to be filled in each year.
Last year returners were not required to furnish evidence although random selections were asked for it.
