Notsureifsrs ive done 125 x 5 before but itll come back. Aiming for 170/130/220 on meet day.

Morning weight was 78.7 yesterday

wtf lol my 1rm ohp is only like 7.5kg higher them my 3x5 max, my ohp went up 20kg in a month by just doing triples n ****.

Look swole like a mother ****er. If you slowly bulk up and try remain somewhat lean I think that'd be the best thing for you.

Went really slow and controlled on these, much harder but can feel the muscle contraction much more and got a mad chest pump.
