Flannel/Lumberjack Shirts?

Alright, they're not the height of fashion, but they do well for camping and take a lot of wear and tear.

Does anyone know where to find decent thick flannel shirts though? Most places seem to do these flimsy modern shirts, or make them quilted, which isn't really what I'm looking for - good, thick, hard-wearing material.

Any ideas guys?

I honestly would say that flannel is on its way out now, in terms of how they look. Every man and his dog owns a flannel/check shirt. However, if you are adamant that you get one then Fat Face will be the best place to get something a little warmer and of higher quality than the likes of Top Man.
boring
so many better designs for casual shirts

I own this and you can probably get something similar/better from SuperDry. However my fashion sense is poor so I suggest that you don't buy it.

Flannal shirts, IMO look great. Working in a clothing store my self, I know that they are not the most popular item, But if you wear them right they look great, Plus they are warm, A few stores to try, Workwear designers, Basicly Expensive top quality japanese and canadian brands, Use Endclothing.co.uk and Havenshop.ca. These do the best of the best quality , Look at wings and horns , Reigning champ. For cheaper , But also pretty good quality check out Uniqlo, Fat face to name a couple. Cheers .. Tom

a few suggestions.

some of the best quality for the price. But they are small fitting IMO.

All Saints do a couple of thick flannel shirts, and they were around £30 - which isn't too bad considering how overpriced All Saints normally is out of sale time.

What? Every male I know of has at least one. If you can go out to a [busy] club at night and not see at least 10 of these shirts then I will be amazed.

I don't get the obsession with Uniqlo, it isn't that great, pretty much the same price as most highstreet stores.

The last one may be good quality but the fit looks terrible - no shape to it at all really, which I know, an actual lumberjack wouldn't care too much about, but $275 for a shirt is ridiculous considering the options the OP has in this country for sub £50.
