Finding this difficult myself, i've found if you transfer list a player the maximum amount you can get for them is their value. I had 33 clubs chasing one of my players but whenever I offered him out for more than he's worth they all came back with non negotiable offers of his value. It would make sense if more clubs chasing a player meant a higher price but apparently not.

Well, the first team exposure in the right amounts will boost his CA and then the training schedules would be for spreading the CA gains where you want them. You have to get the balance right for how much first team exposure you give to Lukaku. Too much against teams which are too good could demoralise him after a few poor gamesperformances. You need to play him against teams which are more his level, i.e. relegation fodder or put him in when you've secured a strong lead to terrorize a tiring backline.

On the training front, there are a few decent schedules (I'll get back to you on that one, In a rush) and aritcles. It would be best to concentrate on building up the stats where he's weak in and get him a good tutour too.

I agree on this one... that's the one thing i've always been disappointed about across the series, i like the idea of arranging elaborate trade deals, swaps, cash plus, and loan backs/loan in return for a deal. A lot of the time i've had sides who want £x, but when you offer a player in trade they want £x plus the player (where x hasn't changed one bit!)

Signed him first season for £8.75m. He played in 47 competitive games in that first season, coming off the bench 20 times. Scored 25 goals too.

Got him tutored by Drogba almost straight away, along with having him on a self created training schedule.

Trying to loan as many players as I can because I have no transfer funds. Seeing as I'm in 2012 and there area few well known current players going past their sell-by as it were for first team at say Madrid and Chelsea. I tried to loan Carvalho from Real Madrid because he's listed, but it turns out they want his full wages paid - which is my entire wage budget for staff and players. Either that or they want something like £1mil initial fees.

Jesus Christ I forgot how stressful the transfer window could be. Spent ages getting rid of the extra fat from my squad. Thought I was great because I managed to trim it down to a lean squad of great players, and then this happens:



I ****ing hate the international break. HATE. Lukaku, Puyol and Messi all out for 2 months+ in one day. And now Alves and Milito break down. It looked worse than that, when the injuries started rolling in I had to quickly look for who was available for loan and had to promote a right back from my B side.
