did some inclines like you suggested, only did 50kg for sets of 10 i can feel my shoulders come into the movement, it's a fixed incline i think it's too high.

is it possible to do closegrips on friday....or will it interfere with progress, also tried guillotine press can feel that alot in upperchest.
Nah more work is fine... just make sure its higher reps, less rest time - bodybuilding basically.

yh thinking of broing it up a bit, i remember matt telling me he basically trains bench like a bodybuilder most of the time and only does power-lifting specific stuff when his approaching a meet.

hit a easy pr just by fixing my set up, more leg drive and less ROM..... and i want a 'big' chest lol

Interesting. I thought when you're bigger/stronger you don't need to do that **** much.

Like for squats I can mildly get away with not doing volume and just maxing out occasionally.

Yep, me and monk got a photo... check his feed lol. Haha find illin or klokov and I'm sure you'll get a 20kg PR instantly.

Although on a srs note quite a bit of that will be because its from blocks - lower back still weak as piss/slightly injured. All good though, need to start jerking/getting flexibility for it.

snatching/cleaning from blocks rules, allows me definitely to lift heavier.

They have blocks in PC? I'm in the process of perfecting my block setup. Tires are free but get displaced/f-ed up when you drop 100+kg on them (requires energy to put it back )

As for quality, I'm not sure. Just using MP's stuff which is very cheap... I'd imagine H&B would rip you off. It's more a case of remembering to take it/drinking enough water - probably 2-3L will do.

We have one set of blocks. Dunno where Chris got them from but he hasn't bought a matching one. Otherwise I'd be doing all of my lifts off blocks.

I've used the adjustable metal "tables" they got, adding some mats on top would be good as well to stop the bar from rolling off and adding some protection for the plates (as long as you try not to drop the bar down too hard)

Don't think I have monk on Facebook, post it here?

I wouldn't mind some blocks. Would also really like some jerk boxes. Money is low though and space is even lower.

Add me on Facebook (I'm the Augustine Fung at UCL.) We got a photo because he came to watch the 85s. We ran after him (never homo) when he was leaving.
