One bedroom available from July in a lush house!

Helloooo. Me and two of my friends are looking for a fourth person to join us in a house 10 minute walk away from town! (as in brighton town.) It's pretty excellent, four bedrooms (all doubles as far as I'm aware). It's ten minutes from town, bus stop down the road, it's got a massive open plan kitchen and it's proper cheap. (£85 pw i think!)
We're signing the contract this week so we need someone asap. The only thing you'll need to secure is a guarantor form from your parents, a reference from halls/your current landlord and you'll have to pay £375 which is a months rent in advance. As far as I know the contract is from july - july.
