BTEC Art and Design (supposedly equivalent of two GCSE *sceptical look*)

* = already done. Maths results in March *Panic*

Oh. And AS-level Fine Art and French since took those GCSEs last year. Can safely say these on their own are harder than at least 5 of my GCSEs combined!

WOW some of you were able to do a lot of GCSE's. Aside from maths, english and science we could only pick four. If you wanted to do triple science this counted as one of these)

Maths (A*)
English (A)
English lit (A)
Double science (A*A*)
French (A*)
History (A*)
Art (A)
Textiles (A)

They also made us do general studies (A) and some stupid IT funtional skills thing but only told us we were doing them like a month before the exams

Oh, and I also got a C in French in year nine - I was not good at French! :redface: (was entered for foundation tier).

It's lovely, but difficult. My speaking exam is on the 1st/2nd of May. I'm trying (rather unsuccessfully) to write out answers to Speaking questions now. My only problem with French is that I love writing it, love reading it, and love speaking it but HATE Listening. It's my weakest point, and yet seems to be the one everyone else finds easy! :s

I know!! Same!! We are long lost twins in French: I got A*s in the Speaking, Writing and Reading mocks/exams we have done but I got such a low A in Listening, that it brought my entire mock French grade down to an A :'(

I keep falling for most of the "red-herrings" :frown:

Ah well. Tbh was thrilled with that A - I had so much going on that year I thought I was destined for a B.

That's very good. :smile: I got a B on my mocks for listening, and that person was speaking incredibly slow and clearly. Any tips on revising for listening or anything?

Awhh, I want one! :frown: We do 'pshe' once a week and we don't get anything for it. I'd love to get an extra qualification.
