Its abit weird maybe you could ask him to just try it once because he hasn't tried so how does he know he doesn't like it. You could offer a trade like if he does that for you, you will do something nice for him. To make it easier you could talk about it before and address his problem e.g. if hes worried its unclean then agree to take a bath before you start.

1) It's only been 4 months, he may change his mind later
2) IMO, it's something that varies between people, as its not the most natural way of having sex (and by this, I mean compared to vaginal sex) I don't think that it's completely unreasonable that he might not like doing it
3) If it bothers you THAT much, move on I guess, but if someone split up with me because of that, I wouldn't be happy.
