Student finance from last year? HELP.

Hey, basically im on a gap year, I applied for student finance last year, can i somehow transfer all teh information from last year to the application for this year? (sync)...
Only by writing it all out again.

Do you know when is best time to start applying? after results (jan)? or after firming?
March 16th onwards is when you can apply
