OCR Psychology C/W...word count?

Hello everyone. I am aware of the word count for the coursework as it is to be no more that 1400 words. does this mean words of your own? For example, does it exclude words in tables, graphs and titles etc? A silly question I know but I've always wondered. thanks.
speak to your teacher, but mine said that they dont count, so long as they weren't written by you :confused:

They don't count.
Things that don't count include: titles, headings/subheadings, page numbers, dates (in number format), references, footnotes, data and the bit at the end that says "word count =###"

I've never counted them anyways, as I don't consider them part of my actual cswk, they're just neccessary to set my work out! :p:
