Can you maybe say something more about it? When is the deadline btw?
What more do you want? You could reapply from the beginning of february. I already have. Parents fill in a PFF2 form but aren't required to provide any further evidence. Deadline - there isn't one until next June., though if you want it done smoothly apply NOW.

Well, what if my parents don't live in the UK? (I'm an international student). Are they still required to fill in a PFF2 form (what is it?).
If you are an international student you aren't entitled to a tuition fee loan!
You have to pay tuition fees yourself.
Your uni will bill you shortly after you pass the exam.

If you didn't post the wrong information then you wouldn't get the wrong advice you fool.

You are NOT an international student, you are an EU student

You apply just like a home student. Applications opened in February. You'd better get a move on. As I said I've done mine weeks ago.
