    Phantom Of The Opera!

Although i'm still not sure whether this would be counted an opera or a musical..
It's a musical about the Paris opera house, and has one or two 'opera' songs that the characters rehearse for featured in it, which aren't main songs from Phantom Of The Opera itself.

I love all the current ones!

    Wicked
    Les Mis
    Phantom
    Cats
    Mamma Mia
    Chicago
    Miss Saigon

Shrek (go see it, it's coming to London soon, I saw it in NY)

Then again I love the oldies like

Opera has nothing to do with the style of song or music. RENT is a rock opera as it is all music and songs of a rock nature (no spoken dialogue). Les Miserables is technically an opera as it is music from start to end.

    Sorry to be picky...

I know what you mean, but in the general terms of things it's a musical. I know technically Les Mis is an 'opera' but I would never call it so myself!

I mentioned it in the post before, think we posted at the same time. But Annie is the only musical I've sat in the front row for, and is truly my least favourite musical! Mainly because of the song 'The Sun Will Come Out Tomorrow' ha

Avenue Q - I always laugh and who wouldn't love such classics as ' everyones a little bit racist', 'The internet is for Porn' and 'If you were Gay'

Wicked - I have to say this my ex was in it (but in all honesty it was an amazing spectacle and the music...what more need be said)
